Identity Safe Report Issue option; how does it work?

Elsewhere in this forum I have been advised

... if you have any issues, please use the "Report Issue" option available under the Identity safe drop down from the toolbar.

In the event, when I attempted to raise an issue in this way over the weekend, I was rewarded with an exit message

Thank you for your feedback

but I've seen nothing of any relevance since and I don't know what to expect.

What should happen, please?

Thanks, that's what I thought, but how else does one report what one perceives as a bug apart from posting here and not necessarily receiving a response? Could try Live Chat, I suppose, but then someone will most probably want to reinstal NIS and they already did that last week..

Hi,

Posting here is the best way to get things noticed. The staff, those with their names in bold red letters, and the volunteer helpers, the rest of us, communicate to be sure that any problems/bugs/etc. ar brought to the attention of the right people. If you have a problem that involves personal/sensitive information you can use the PM, that envlope in the upper right corner of the screen to communicate with one of the staff directly. I recommend that if you feel it necessary to do that you address one of the moderators. They are in the best position to provide the most effective assistance. We'll be here when you need us. Til then

Stay well and surf safe

Thanks, but it does seem that if I post regarding a problem (as in http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/NIS-22012-Identity-Safe-issues/td-p/656969/page/3  on Monday at 11:13pm) and someone else then adds an off topic contribution, my post will likely be ignored. Mind you, the fact that I marked that particular thread as solved and then as not solved could have something to do with this particular instance. I could communicate directly with a member of staff but if everybody started doing that things would soon clog up.

Regards

PS: Two things

1 I'm not trying to be awkward, I just feeling my way regarding how things are done here.

2 Sorry, you'll have to cut and paste the address above for the other thread as I had troble grabbing it for inclusion here.
