I got that message too and it said that "my product had expired". So I downloaded the update and now I can't get into my Identity Safe... it keeps telling me I'm using the wrong password. I KNOW MY PASSWORD and it hasn't changed. this is very frustrating. I've spent about two hours trying to figure out how to get back in. tried "restoring" the password also; didn't work. what should I do? I don't want to lose all the data that's in there. that happened to me once before and it was very aggravating. HELP!!
