Identity safe stopped working

Windows 7 NIS 2010.  I was on the road for a couple of days. Until my trip, Identity safe worked fine, except for a few sites but hey, some is better than none.

 

I started up this morning and when I went to the first site that required a log in, Identity Safe prompted me for the master password.  Entered it but it didn't fill in the log in.  Went to several other sites but Identity Safe did nothing. Opened Identity Safe and all the login's are there. It just won't auto fill anymore.   

 

Auto fill is on.  I restarted the computer, same result. 

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
