Every time I enable the Identity Tool Bar in Internet Explorer 9 or FireFox 17 both Apps crash. Wait for them to eventually load and disable the tool bar/add-on and they both work fine. I had the tech support remote in to my PC and he worked on it for about an hour, then finally, after some time away came back and said all the other techs know about this problem and they are working on a solution, so for now just disable the toolbar. I am up for renewal of my Norton 360 Primere in about 3 weeks. I have used 360 for about 10 years. I asked why should I renew a defective product with no fix in sight. All he could say was I hope you renew. Before the online vault the product work excellent. To add to my frustration, if I log into identity vault online to get the password for may bank, and then after 15 minutes, I need the password for an account to see how much to pay, I have been logged out for inactivity. So I log back in and within 5 seconds the vault closes and says I have been logged out for inactivity. If I reboot I can log back in. Very Broken. I hate to leave a product I have trusted for so long, but duh, passwords are a REALLY big part of save internet use. They should not have got this one wrong. Just left us with the local vault until thay had the bugs worked out.
