Clicking the Identity Safe toolbar for the first time in any browser window after 5 or so minutes of not using the toolbar produces a 15-20 second delay and the IE window goes into a "not responding" state. It will eventually free and the context menu items will show at the current location of the mouse.
Once it responds, if I click it again, it responds properly. I have not pinned down the amount of idle time required to put it back into where it will cause the delay but it seems to be a fairly short window of time - 3-4 minutes.
Nothing strange in Task Manager when this occurs - CPU/Disk/etc all normal.
When I hit a page requiring Identity Safe to fill in or show me all logins, it works perfectly - no delays. The delay is only when I click the Identity Safe toolbar.
I saw one forum entry about a hang on autofill but that is not what I'm experiencing.
