Using IE9, even though Identity Safe is enabled, it says it is unavailable. Restarting browser or rebooting does not help. The only time it works is if you open the browser with a link. But if you open a tab in that same browser it won't work, even though it still works on the main tab. Also if you navigate away from the page you opened with, it will become unavailable.
