Identity safe- user name & password on 2 pages

I have a site on which the username is on one page & identiy safe autofills this & opens the next page on which is a prompt for the password. This doesn't autofill. Am I doing something wrong?

Could you provide the url in which you are facing the issue?

 

Please provide the product version(You can find it in NIS main UI->Support->About),Browser type(FF/IE) with version,OS information.

 The url is for my bank. I'm  using IE 8. This problem didn't exist in NIS 2011. As I said, the first page autoifills the user name & goes to a second page for the password which doesn't autofill. The identity safe login which I made has both user & password.

Hi Duclos,

 

PM means Private message.   In community webpage, near to your name, you will have letter symbol, click on that. You will have option to send Private messages.
