I have changed the email on my Norton account. Changed from Hotmail to an att account. When I did this it would not allow
me to log into the vault. I had to create a new vault account to open the vault. I tried logging out and back in as my former
email id. It tells me info is not valid. Then if you don't log back into your new account you can not get away from log in screen.
This is something that I do not feel I should have caused by changing my email in my account. Anyone that can help would be
appreciated. New to the community. Searched for like problems and get no results. Thank you.
