I am using Firefox (currently 40.0.2 but also shown with earlier versions) in Widows 10 (but also had problem on Windows 8.1). Norton tool bar is present bu when I click on Vault is closed nothing happens. It used to open a Vault logon window. Only once in the last two weeks has the logon window occurred and then it appeared in background mode (i.e. hidden by Firefox window) whereas it used to appear in foreground. I have also noticed that, once I have tried to open the vault, I cannot open Norton 360 from the hidden icons tray!
Currently I can see the message "Sign into your Norton account to open your Vault" but clicking on "Sign in" has no apparent effect.
Anyone got any ideas?
