This morning I tried to open my Norton Identity Safe on my iPhone 7, and it wouldn't take my pin. After a few tries, it took me to the signin screen - when I tried to enter a password, it gave me an error that it was incorrect. I tapped the Password Hint button, and the hint that shows is not familiar, and nothing I would ever select. Did my account/password get highjacked somehow? What are my options? Freaking out.....!
Thanks, I had already done that. Just got off of a technical support session with Norton. Between the vault issue and the "peek" issue that came up this morning, I was about to give up the ship. This may be a Chrome issue! We tried using IE and no problem! Norton tech guy says there are known issues with Edge. I hope this works.

Is it all sites that are not recognized, or just a few specific sites? If it is just specific sites, there could be something that changed on those sites' login pages.
You can report the site to the ID Safe team from your product.
From the Norton Toolbar in IE or Chrome, Navigate to the login page you are having problems with. Then click on Vault is Open on the Norton Toolbar. Then click on Options beside Current Site. From there click on Report an issue with this site. Then follow the directions.
Have experienced similar problems. Sites that before would recognize credentials no longer do. No information from Symantec. I am becoming very disillusioned with this product for all the probelms (including peek). Been Norton user for 20 years. Time to jump ship?
Do you have access to your ID Safe on a PC? If so, can you log in from the PC?
