I recently installed Norton 360. My old version, Norton Internet Security, had problems. I lost everything related to Identity Safe including the password and had not been able to recover it. I tried setting up a new Identity Safe and kept getting the same password problem trying to fix it. I am now on Norton 360 and the password problem has followed me here. Is there some way I can get clear of the password problem and get into my Vault and Identity Safe?
