When logging in to Identity safe the screen just keeps flashing but does not load. Occasionally I can click on one icon or another on the screen and it will load. Most of the time it justs sits there flashing. In the past(I have had Identity safe for about eight years), I have logged into identity safe to look up a login and a password using a variety of computers which is as it should be. Lately however, I encounter this problem on every computer and browser that I attempt it on whether or not I have any other Norton products on that computer. I am not permitted by my company to download Norton products on my work computer. Yet when I called for help, the person I talked to insisted on downloading my Norton products to my work computer and began to do so over my objections. I cancelled the service connection because he would not even try using my log on to see what was happening. So effectively, I am paying for a product that is not providing me with the service it is supposed to provide.
