I was able to install the Identity Safe on my Server, but when I try to open the Identity Safe nothing happens. When I launch the Task Manager to find out if the app is even on the list. it is listed. Also when I open internet explore 11, I can located the app under the "Manage the add-ons" and it states "enabled" the toolbar is located at the top. But when I try to select "access vault" I'm getting a message "System Restart Needed." and I restart the Server and Internet Explore 11, still the same message; I'd need help please.
