Identity Safe won't autofill anymore

autofill stopped working i checked all the settings and everything appears to be ok. all cards and logins are still there it just wont autofill anymore.

   I switched browsers to Google Chrome, and my Identity Safe no longer works.  

   I see nothing wrong with settings.

   I checked for laterst version of ID Safe verified.

   I turned off popup blocker.

   I have the Norton version of NIS, not Comcast.

   I am set for autofill/enable login to be auto submitted.

   Any ideas?

Which browser are you using, and the version? Also, how do you have the pop-up blocker set?

Hello

I'm using explorer. The popup blocker was on but I turned it off and tried again but no luck. If I have the login open and go to a page it wont fill but if I stay on page and turn off the identity login and then turn it back on the autofill will work for the user name but then not fill the password  appreciate any suggestions

Log out of your log in’s, close all programmes and restart the computer?

There were some changes in the way the autofill works. what happens if you have the vault open, then go to a page with a login. Click in the username field and see if the login info is filled in. 

 

This also works to fill in your info when filling forms.

Please bring back regular autofill. Dragging and dropping one field at a time is a real pain.
