Identity Safe - won't fill in password when the field is on a second page

I love Identity Safe!  But with Internet Security 2012, it won't fill in the password to my bank - which is on a different page from the User ID page.

 

It worked great before I upgraded to IS 2012 from IS 2011.

 

Any suggestions?

Let me join this topic as I do have the same issue with Identity Safe as amx1047

Neither login nor password are filled in the appropriate fields on a several page. Amongst them a bank page and an airline page.

And as amx1047 this has never happened with former versions of NIS (2011/2010) and associated Norton Toolar.

I will be very interested in the solution to this as I have put forward the identical issue as it pertains to Banking sites--I wait with anticipation for the 'solve'--Thanks for bringing it up--I thought I was the only one having these issues

My Choice Privileges card also has the user and password fields on two different pages.  2011 filled them both perfectly.  2012 does nothing.  I've edited the login, I don't know how many times, with no success.  I did send the offending URL to Norton, but have heard nothing and the problem persists.  Actually, I'm getting used to just filling in the login information so it's no big deal.  Just thought I'd throw in my two bits.

Thanks for sending the URL in PM. We are tracking with a defect and we are looking into the issue already, but we are not sure about the exact date for the fix, It will be updated through live update(WAX).

There are several posts that have referred to Identity Safe not correctly filling in user and password fields when they are on two different pages.  This worked perfectly with NIS 2011 but not 2012.  I haven't heard any word on whether this is still being addressed.  I do know this still doesn't work.  Thanks

I understand the fix will come with Live Update.  Hopefully it's not too far off, but seems to me somebody screwed it up big time :womansad:
