Can anyone help? I tried to open my Identity Safe Vault this morning and it bought the box up with a 'Get Started' link. I followed the instructions and entered my email and password, but nothing happened, (once I got an email verification link (did that also). But still I can't open the vault. Whichever way I try to log on to it, I get the same message. Any ideas? I have requested Live Chat but have no success as a blank window appears (all popups etc are disabled). I apologise if I've overlooked any other threads for this, but I've looked and can't find a solution.
Any help would be appreciated for this now increasingly grumpy user
