I recently bought the latest version of Norton Internet security as my old version was due to expire. I installed the disk, however, the day after I noticed my identity safe toolbar was missing and there seemed to be no way of getting it back on. Also when I tried to open NIS, there was an error message. After looking at technical support, I used the removal tool and re-installed it.
Now my NIS works fine and I have the Identity Safe toolbar, however, it seems to have completely started from scratch and none of my old passwords are saved.
Is there anyway I can access the data previously held by identity safe on my computer?
