Sorry about the other post(Was in a paniced state..).
I have this problem regarding Idenity Safe for chrome.
You see,I had to reinstall Norton due to for some odd reason,my laptop didn't have it anymore (despite having the icons and my laptop saying it was STILL installed). So now, I have the 2013 edition(I suppose I had the 2010 edition of Norton), but now,Idenity Safe for chrome is gone.
Does 2013 version not include it or do I need to redownload it again?
