I just did a factory restore on my Gateway laptop...when I tried to configure my Identity Safe it says I already have an online vault...which I have never had..and does not give me the option to set up a local vault...when I try to sign on to the online vault it prompts me for a password..which I dont have since I have never set up...but it giives me a password hint...which is not anything I would ever use for a password hint...so therefore the identity safe is useless to me..no option to change the password..can someone please help me??
