the Norton tool bar does not always come up when I go to a site with chrome but it does with IE. If the tool bar does come up sometimes it tells me that the vault is closed and will not let me open it but the vault was open on another site just prior to opening the current site where says it is closed. Very difficult to do banking operations with this problem when using either MS Money or Quicken and trying to download statements or activities.
