I have been using identity safe for 7 years on my desktop and 5 years on my laptop. Never any problems until about a month ago. Using windows 7 home premium. Called tech support first person really tried to help and thought it was fixed worked on the first password then he logged out and it quit again. Second tech 10 to 15 seconds after I logged her into my laptop I would lose internet connection. Disconnect and get internet back happened twice she told me when I fixed my internet call back. Hung up and called right back only to be told by a third tech after 5 minutes. just delete the old login and create a new one with the new password.
