I recently moved all my entries in identity safe to folders. Everything worked fine until today at about 6:00 when we had a power failure at our house. When the power was restored, all my identity safe folders are gone and there are only 16 entries in my identity safe. How do I recover the folders and the entries in each folder?

Hi Maraderjoe,
Welcome to Norton community,
Have you checked all the logins under toolbar menu? Can you open edit logins and check all the logins listed there(under default folder or specific folder) or not?
Do you have any backup of identity safe data?. If you have that, you can import to identity safe.
Could you provide the product version(you can find it in NIS main UI->Support->About?).
Thanks,
Senthil
Hi Marauderjoe,
You should think about purchasing an Uninterruptible Power Supply to provide emergency battery power when your power goes out. A UPS will give you time to shut down everything normally so you do not lose data, and most provide for doing this automatically.
