I reinstalled my N360 product today. After reinstalling, I noticed that the idle quick scan was not running. I thought something might have went wrong with the install so I reinstalled again. The problem continues.
I can run a manual quick scan.
FWIW, I had to apply the 21.4.0.13 patch after reinstalling
