Idle scan not well documented

1. My NAV started running an idle scan without my setting it up.  The interface of how to turn it off if not clear.

2. My attempts to contact support were frustrated by the system asking me to install software in order to chat.  My computer did not want to install the software and neither did I.

3. There is no way to contact support via email.  I thought you were an internet company.

4. You have made interfacing with you so difficult that I no longer think you give a **bleep** about your customers.

5. Time to look for a new company.
