Idle Scan stops

Since upgrading to 360 V5, Idle scans either stop on its own or a "nothing to scan' message is displayed.

Please post a screenshot of the error message you get from Norton 360. You can refer to the forum tip by Yaso_Kuuhl in the following link:

Check the Windows Task Scheduler, and if there is any entry for scan from Norton 360, delete it. You can refer to the instructions from the following Symantec KB:
