As the topic suggests .......The Idle Time Full System Scan never completes when the computer is in the Idle state.
It is cancelled by itself.......see the screenshot.
As seen in the screenshot........the two big patches when the PC was idle , idle time FSS had started......and there is no cancellation of
idle state in these two patches . Still IN THE IDLE ONLY, the FSS was cancelled......how ???
No other task was running.......I did not operate keyboard or mouse....nothing at all......still FSS was cancelled twice.
