Can anyone please tell me how long the computer has to be Idle before Norton 360 recognizes it as Idle Time?

Hi charter,

 

Settings > Administrative Settings > scroll close to the bottom and you will see Idle Time Out - which can be set from 1 minute to 30 minutes.  You can also click on the  Question Mark.png on that line and read a bit more about it.
