A chaque démarrage de mon PC Norton m’annonce “Menace écarté … mshta.exe bloqué … est infecté par IDP.HELU.MSHTAR8…” Comment je peux éliminer ce problème? Car, faisant le scan suite à ce message, Norton m’annonce qu’il n y a aucune menace !

Every time I start my PC, Norton tells me “Threat removed … mshta.exe blocked … is infected by IDP.HELU.MSHTAR8…” How can I eliminate this problem? Because, when I scan after this message, Norton tells me that there is no threat!

What is mshta.exe?
The genuine mshta.exe file is a software component of Windows Internet Explorer by Microsoft Corporation.
The genuine “mshta.exe” file, if located in “C:\Windows\System32”, is the Microsoft HTML Application Host program, a component of the Microsoft Windows operating system since 1999. HTML Application (.hta) files contain source code combining HTML, Dynamic HTML, and one or more scripting languages such as VBScript or Jscript. Executing these HTA files in “mshta.exe”, which shares much of its code with Internet Explorer, produces apps that look like web pages but can access local resources, (e.g., the local computer’s file system). Although “mshta.exe” is not malware it is often used by malware to execute rogue HTA code and store unwanted payloads.
What is mshta.exe?

Did you clear browser cookies n cache?
Do you run browser sync?
Did you recently install any program / browser extension?
Did you recently allow push notifications?
Did you recently change site permissions?
Did you run Norton Full Scan?
Did you run Malwarebytes Scan?
