IDSafe Display problem

Is anyone else seeing problems with IDsafe not filling email/passwords on sites it used too and when you go try to look at the information manually in the vault the window is placed at the top of the screen where you can't see/access the information (the only work around I've found is take the browser out of maximized, reduce the size of the browser window, move it to the bottom of the screen, and then try to open the vault window from the Norton Toolbar again). I'm reporting the login failures via the IDsafe report option, but this display problem is something that I'm not sure reporting via that option is of any help.

I'm seeing this on multiple computers (Windows 8.1) and in both IE11 and Firefox.
