IE not working, but I can go online with AOL. Norton of course not working now because IE stopped running... HELP!
I have been having a lot of trouble with my computer for about 8 months now. The trouble started right around the time Norton notified me that a "Heuristic Virus" was "removed from my computer. The trouble started with IE freezing, then the computer would randomly shut down, a few times it wouldn't even boot up. I did system recovery like 10 different times. Now my computer is completely vulnerable and I can't even update any of my programs because they load through IE.... Please help!
