When I visit https://www.isc.org/downloads/bind/ and click on the “Download BIND” button IE crashes. The system creates a dump file and the dump occurs in the C:\ProgramData\Norton\LocalDumps\ directory as : iexplore.exe.2516.dmp.
This crash is 100% consistent and happens every time. This is the only page I have come across so far that causes this issue.
