Using IE, when I get results from Norton Safe Search, Google, or Bing search engines, I click on the desired web site and it redirects me to other sites. How do I get my money back from Norton so I can buy AVG instead? And yes, I have emailed Norton directly to fix this issue with no response and no, I don't think I should have to go through the lengthy process of manually finding and deleting this obvious malware. That's the whole point of having Norton, so I don't have to deal with these Internet issues that Norton is supposed to resolve.
