Not sure if this has been reported but, is so I apologise for double posting. I decided to have a go at Windows 8.1 and discovered a problem with IE11. When you log into your account, and then go and download your software, it comes up with a message. No software available for your device. What the $"&*?! how can this be. I then realised, compatibility issues could be causing this to happen. I set the browser in compatibility mod and it still gave the same error message. This isn't an error with Norton, this is a compatibility issue with IE11.Therefore, there isn't any need to contact Norton support as this isn't their fault it is Microsoft, again as usual.
If you log into your account via Chrome, Firefox and/or Opera it works fine and you can download your software.
