IE9 (32-bit) got locked up by Norton Extension, can't exit correctly

Hi all, i have Norton IS 2012 and it is up-to-date as always. But i am currently having trouble with IE9 and Norton Extension for IE.

Normally, i leave the Norton Toolbar on and with all of its function (identities safe.... blah) . But somehow that extension can't be executed ( i guess) when i exit IE9. It hold back the iexplore.exe and make the desktop freeze.  See this video, you will see what i mean.

When you exit IE9, 2 process (maybe more) iexplore.exe won;t be executed and it makes everything on the desktop not click-able. Every attempt to open a new windows, will end up as frozen if you move the mouse over that windows. I mean if you use the keyboard to control the window, that window will be fine until you move the mouse over. You can see in the video, i have to shut down 2 process iexplore.exe by keyboard in order to make everything work again,

This thing won't happen again if i turn off all the Norton Function for IE.

This problem has existed for a long time.

 I am using Windows 7 Home Pre x64 with IE9 32-bit.

Please don't tell me that i have to move to Chrome or whatever.

SO what is the problem here? I am looking forward to hearing answer from someone in Symantec.
