IE9 listed in task manager although no window to see

Hello,
 should I worry if iexplore.exe is listed in task manager, although no window to see?


With process explorer a tree is shown,
beginning with a svchost.exe started with  -k DcomLaunch



one child process is

 

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -Embedding

 

children of this IE9 task are

 

GoogleToolbarUser_32.exe

iexplore.exe SCODEF:4660 CREDAT:79873

iexplore.exe" SCODEF:4660 CREDAT:14339

iexplore.exe" -w "H:\Users\....\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Pinned Sites\iexplore.exe ..." -wFRunDragDrop
