I have Norton 360 for Gamers. For the past couple of weeks now, all my program rules have been deleted. This has happened multiple times over the past few weeks. At first I thought this was an issue with Windows Update, but no - this happened twice last week and windows had not updated.

Norton for some reason is deleting the rules - even though the .exe files they point to are trusted by Norton.

This has to stop. I refuse to pay for software that deletes data arbitrarily - forcing me to re-institute these rules multiple times per month.

It is unacceptable. If this doesn’t stop, I will have no other option but to choose another software company. I still have 104 days left on my current license period, but I am more than willing to lose that.

@IrradianceCache What is your installed version of Norton For Gamers? The latest is 26.3.10886 (build 26.3.10886.978) which was released via Live Update just a few days ago. The update may have reset and removed your personal FW rules back to the product defaults. And yes, that is unacceptable.

@Selvakumar.S I’m requesting a Norton team provide us a response about why this is happening. Thanks in advance.
