So, we are getting reports that a few users are having problems renewing their product. It's manifesting itself in two ways:
1 - Norton AntiVirus users are getting a "browser not supported" error and the renewal page is not opening
2 - Some users are getting to a renewal page but they are unable to renew the Mac product-the option does not appear.
This is obviously irritating, frustrating and, for me, all of the above with a nice helping of embarrassing to the mix, and we are working with the appropriate teams to fix the issue.
Meantime, if you are running into the issue, you can renew your product at the page appropriate to your region:
1 - North America renewal center.
2 - United Kingdom renewal center.
3 - Australian renewal center.
Again, we are working on this issue and I cannot wait to delete this post.
