I have no idea how I got it, or what's actually happening to my laptop.
I started my laptop like usual, and I noticed it was extremely slow. When I was on chat with a friend, my screen turned black for a couple of seconds and began acting weird. My screen looked like it was in safe networking mode or something for a minute or two, then the screen went black again and it was back to normal, except my icons have been rearranged. My Norton scan was stopped and wouldn't do anything, and I couldn't open up my Malware Bytes. I've restarted my laptop and I'm in the middle of trying to do a system restore. What should I do (sorry, but I'm panicking here)?
