I have one computer. I have(had) 3 operating environments. a) Mac snow leapard 10.6.4, b) windows 7 virtualized under Parallels Desktop for Mac, and c) Windows 7 under Mac bootcamp. I have paid for two (2) copies of Norton for my one (1) computer. See attachment for proof. Initially I installed Norton antivirus on my mac. Then I created the bootcamp partition and thought I was buying Norton Internet Security 4 for Win7 but apparently I've actually purchased Norton Internet Security for Mac. I don't know how this happened. I'm sure I clicked on Norton for Windows 7. Anyway, I inadvertently deleted my windows 7 bootcamp partition. I also deleted my free Kapersky antivirus that comes free with the Parallels for Mac virtualizer because of software incompatibility problems. Now when I tried to install Norton Internet Security 4 onto my Win7 running under Parellels I discover that I BOUGHT Mac version of this software. I can't get ahold of tech support email since all their request SUBJECTS don't deal with my particular situation. Am I SCREWED ? I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A THIRD (3rd) copy of NORTON to run on my ONE COMPUTER. I'll go to someone else. Someone please give me some advice. No sarcasm please!
