Hi,
I've previously had IM monitoring active on my child's login. This worked fine up until recently when the IM client was upgraded to the latest version (Messenger 2011). Since then, no activity has been logged by Norton online family for IM activity. It is still correctly monitoring and checking Web activity and time based usage, but no IM activity is being logged at all. I am sure that the IM client is being used (i have observed this directly), yet no logging is present.
Is there something that has to be done to get this working again?
