Hi all, I seem to be having problems monitoring IM chat. All the write ups and info says that child minder monitors numerous chat sites but mine only seems to monitor chat via hotmail. It registers that she has been on to other log in sites but thats all. Can anybody help. Please say if its me that doesnt understand how it works I am relatively new to it. Thanks Mark
Thank you for the reply Syed, My problem is that I loaded the program last year and unfortunately found my daughter arranging nights out with boys and talk of staying in hotels. NOT IMPRESSED. I had to wipe her pc and when I reloaded the programme we only get the occasional transcript whereas before she was on it for a few hours per night. She logs on to facebook a lot now so I presume she is chatting through that. If I understand you correctly there is nothing I can do to monitor this. Many thanks Mark
Please note that we monitor facebook and many other social networking sites with Social Networking Supervision. Presently, monitoring is limited to activities like "creation of a new social aaccount, logging into the site, and stating age or personal information there". We do not monitor Chat inside the Social Networking Site. However, this feature is on our enhancement list. I recommend you to see the following link where another parent has raised similar concern:

With available funtionalities, I recommend:
1. Turn On Social Networking Supervision
2. Turn on Personal Information Protection (this feature appears under Profile Settings of child)
3. Turn on Notification emails
