I recently set up monitoring for my 12 year old. I have verified that Chat supervision is on, and that the Norton plugin is installed and active in AIM. In the OnlineFamily.Norton settings area for Chat I have set it to “Monitored”, but it shows “No IM accounts currently found” under the IM Account list and “No IM Friends currently found” under the IM Friend list, so obviously something is not set up properly.
