I'm stuck.... can't download NORTON 360... only OLD records are showing

Your system is showing only 3 old, previously expired, or canceled accounts.  I requested renewal at $24.92/month on 5/19/2022via phone (in addition to my current Lifelock acct.)      I'm stuck!!! can't download because ***no current acct is showing**.  Please call me at to either help with download  -- OR I need to cancel this order!!!!!
