I have the most current version of Norton and find I am unable to load Facebook at all. I can load any other website but for some reason am unable to access Facebook. When I am attempting to go to Facebook via IE 9, it takes too long and then a red X appears and tells me I am not connected to Internet. I am not a real technical person with the computer but hope someone can help me out as I so enjoyed communicating with my family and friends via Facebook. I haven't made any changes to my computer that I am aware of and have not added any new hardware or software, if this helps with my problem. The strangest thing is sometimes in the morning I am able to access Facebook and sometimes late at night, but not during the daytime. I have a Secured Wireless Connection. My operating system is Windows 7, Home Premium 64 Bit. My Internet connection is high speed. I'm not sure what software you are talking about, could you be more specific and as far as hardware not sure what you need to know.
