Imation Ironkey

When I run NAV 12 on Mavericks, my Ironkey does not work. When I disable NAV, the Ironkey starts working again. 

 

Imation support is telling me to white list (exclude) their device type within the security software console.

 

Is that functionality available? If so, how do you get to it?

Answering my own question. The Ironkey tech wanted me to white list the device, not the Ironkey app. I set NAV to not scan the Ironkey and everything works as expected now.
