Impact of motherboard replacement

The laptop supplier (Lenovo) are telling me that in order to fix a faulty USB port they are likely to have to replace the motherboard and re-image the machine. The will reinstall Windows 10.

Am I likely to run into any issues when it comes to reinstalling Norton 360 ?  (I have product key and related info saved on separate machine).

If anyone has experience in this sort of scenario, please respond with any tips & tricks - or warnings.

Thanks
