Important website used by thousands of clients flagged by Norton as scamwebsite

Since 4 september we suddenly have hundreds of clients reporting there Norton (Als other Gen Digital products like Avira, Avast,…) is blocking our website. Via the website clients can consult their wastedata (Weights, Pricing,…). We tryed multiple times beginning from day 1 to submit it as a false positive with Norton false positive submission form. But now we are 3 weeks later. I allready made 2 cases via de chat support. The first on 17/09, the last 2 hours ago. Still it is being blocked. I’m at my wits’ end. I don’t know what else to try. The managers are getting angry and pointing to IT. The IT-partner that hosts and had developed the site has a completely identical site on the same server with another domain name that has no reputation problem at all.
Does anybody have a solution for me. Our IT-Partner gave a tip to create this post on the Norton Forum.
Please can somebody help us out? Online checktools don’t find anything negative other than that url is only seven months old.

Greetings

Jan

Could you check again?

Thanks!

Thank you very much Bjm! Your submission has probably finally solved it. I think that specifying the exact alertid maybe was the final thing that was needed. But since we don’t have Norton ourselves we didn’t saw it. And also our client alerting us didn’t specify that alert id. So we alway submitted without an alertid. Avast now also seems to have whitelisted the url.

Many thanks!
