Impossible to activate on line backup

Hi, when I set backup to online space, I successfully log in to Norton account. Norton probably comunicates with server and after brief moment, it just writes: It was impossible to create online backup, It was impossible to create online backup at the moment, please try again later. I have this problem about one week and still I have to try it later :D.

 

Can you please help me?

Just to clarify Joel_Michel’s point, this is temporary situation and should be resolved very quickly. Thanks!

Thank you. I understood it so. At the moment I have no important data to backup, because of new installation, but I hope it will be fixed soon.

 

 

Just a quick update – while there was a temporary outage that affected Secure Online Storage activations (but not backups and restores) last week, I was mistaken to conclude that was the source of your problem.  Sorry I spoke too soon!

Someone from support will private message you to make sure you have been able to successfully activate your online storage and, if not, help you through that process.
