Using NIS 18.1.0.37 for 30 days. NIS 2010 works better.
"2,5" items:
1) Norton Community Watch (NCW) work: as soon as detected computer idle state, NCW is starting and after proceeding 1 item it stops for other idle time - 8-10 hours or more... NIS 2010 do all task items that was in queue (Pending and Waiting statuses) and making them Submitted. NIS 2010 queued items was for 1.5 days in maximum, while in NIS 2011 it is at least 10 days (was in september) and 8 days (was in october). my computer is in idle state at least for 2 times a day for a few hours (with Internet connection). make NCW to process all queued items.
2) Security history: Firewall - Activities - all items in this are from 2 to 7 october (on all 1-15 pages), while today is 12 october and there are many activities that did not listed. may be list are "full" and older items can't be deleted for freed the space for newest items.
3) potential bug (do not know how it is now or in the past, just right method): while NCW is enabled and it gathering files samples - make for it a temporary builted-in storage for store in-future-needed-to-submit files while malware after its work can delete it or user or Win OS can delete it and it never can be submitted for analisys and so can't be blacklisted.
