Improvement urgently required

NIS version 22.5.0.124

Received update ok. But what a load of disappointment.

White on white. No borders. No button definition. Huge childlike waste if space buttons but good if you have difficulty managing a mouse.

No information and no access to information on Number of Days left on subscription.

Settings page is undefined, messy, using tiny headers that are no so easy to click on on and who thought this was an easy to use product.

It needs to be easy to read, so you could start with the window itself and add a border, Large buttons are over the top and waste space and tiny header links in settings are hard to use. I didn;t even see them at first. Do not use grey text on white as it is does not have a good contrast.

Seriously, you need to employ a designer who is qualified. All of the above is important and should be known by any designer worth their salt.. Not everyone has perfect eyesight, so definition and clarity and ease of selecting links is important.

Example. the image below has 3 windows open. Thunderbird, firefox open on the norton support forum and NIS settings window on top.

All designers should know that white with no borders creates huge issues with clarity.

Request.

Fix the various bad visiblity issues.

Fix the messy Settings page - it looks like it was forgotton - The title 'Settings' needs to be not grey colour - poor contrast.

Heading Links need to be larger and obvious.

Keep to a generic design - if you have to use the super large buttons on the main page, then use a similar but much smaller version in Settings.

It looks like two people who had little or no experience designed the two pages independly and without any communication or leadership.

Fix the bug that denies NIS auto subscription users from seeing number of days of subscription.

This poor user interface and bug does not reflect the superb product it represents.
